What do we use the data for?

The following Privacy Policy establishes the terms under which personal data will be processed at Disalfarm; this includes any personal data collected through our website http://www.disalfarm.com/, as well as any other data processed in the course of our business activities. Disalfarm collects the following personal data for the purposes indicated below:

Business cards: The collected personal data will be exclusively used to keep track of visits to Disalfarm.

Employees: The collected personal data will be exclusively used for the employment relationship.

Customers: The personal data collected will be the contact details of legal entities.

Video surveillance cameras: Data collected through video surveillance cameras will only be used for company security.

How long do we retain your data?

Regarding personal data collected for business cards, your data will be stored for one year from your last visit, after which the data will be deleted.

Personal data of customers will be processed for the duration of the contractual relationship, and once concluded, for the time necessary to respond to possible breaches in this regard.

Regarding data from video surveillance cameras, the data will be stored for one month, after which the data will be deleted.

In relation to employment data, these will be processed for the duration of the employment relationship and, once concluded, for the time necessary to respond to possible breaches in this regard. In the event of a job vacancy interview, your personal data will be archived for a period of one year, after which, if not selected, they will be deleted from our systems.

Worker data will be processed by Disalfarm, for the fulfillment of the contractual relationship.

The legitimacy for processing worker data will be legitimate interest.

The legitimacy for processing business card data will be consent.

The legitimacy for video surveillance cameras will be public interest.

Data transfers to third parties

Personal data will not be transferred to third parties without the consent of the data subject, except when there is a law that obliges Disalfarm to such data transfer.

Types of data processed: identifying information (Name, last name), contact information (email, phone, address), banking information, employment history and academic information.

Under no circumstances will we collect sensitive data.

You have the right to:

  • Access, rectify and delete personal data.
  • Submit a complaint or a claim for the protection of your rights to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
  • Be informed of any security incidents that may affect your rights.
  • Restrict processing.
  • Data portability.

Contact via email: In the event of receiving communications through the contact email, we will use the data provided in them to respond to the received messages, with the legal basis being the data subject's consent (Article 6.1 a) of the GDPR).
